If you are lucky enough to have a full day to explore Akaroa why not make the most of it! Pedal and paddle your way around the crater! Soak in the views, enjoy touring with a small group and local guide while getting some great exercise!

Don’t worry about a thing as our latest model fleet of Scott or Trek Electric mountain bikes are the best in the business. The multiple pedal assist functions will have you whizzing around with ease with your knowledgeable local guide leading the way. All equipment is provided, just bring a sense of adventure and of course your camera, your guide will take photos for you! What a way to make the most of your time in beautiful Akaroa!

Option 1: Guided Tours.

Take advantage of having one of our amazing local guides look after you on guided tours. The are super knowledgeable, friendly, and will keep you safe!

7:30am Guided Sunrise Sea Kayak safari & 10:45am Guided Akaroa Explorer Ebike Tour.
Jump on our sunrise kayak safari and soak in the most peaceful time of the day. Our Akaroa Explorer ebike tour will follow, you will have time in between activities to change and grab some food!
11:30am Guided Crater Cruiser Sea Kayak Safari & 3:30pm Guided Akaroa Explorer Ebike Tour
We will start with the sea kayak tour and follow up with the Ebike tour. What an epic day! You will work up an appetite and sleep well tonight!

Option 2: Guided Sea Kayaking & Self Guided Ebike tours.

Jump on a guided sea kayaking tour, and if you are an experienced rider you can head off by yourself with a map exploring at your own pace on a self guided Ebike tour, we will give you a descriptive map for ideas. The sea kayak tours are at set times but you can choose what time you would like to do the ebike activity. We are open 9am-5pm.
7:30am Guided Sunrise Sea kayak Safari & Self Guided Ebike Tour
Rise and shine for our guided sunrise sea kayak safari at 7:30am and enjoy a special morning paddling through the crater, you can choose what time you would like to do your self guided ebike tour later in the day when you are ready to roll again for more action!
11:30am Guided Crater Cruiser kayak Safari & Self Guided Ebike Tour
Join our Guided Crater Cruiser sea kayak safari at 11:30am and head off on a self guided Ebike tour later in the afternoon or before the kayak tour, you will be finished kayaking by 2pm so plenty of time left for more adventure!

Cruise Ship Shore Excursions

If you are arriving via cruise ship we have got you covered for an amazing active day here in stunning Akaroa. See this beautiful slice of paradise from two different perspectives as you pedal and paddle your way around the crater! We love hosting cruise passengers so go ahead and book a tour. Our tour times match tender schedules into Akaroa, just let us know you arriving via cruise ship and we will customise your pick up and drop off times around your tender times. You can walk to our base from the port, it is only 5 minutes, we will look after you through out the day, all you have to do is get off on the first tenders and we have you covered from there! When your adventure is over it is just a short walk to the wharf and ensure you are on time to board.

Typically we will book you onto our 8:30am-11am Ebike Tour & 11:30am-2:30pm Sea kayaking tour. The tours operate within a short drive from each other. If availability is not showing on your requested date or times please email us as we can manually book your tour times to make sure it is all correct upon request. This is the ultimate day of adventure in Akaroa, we can’t wait to meet you all, Akaroa is an outdoor & nature enthusiast’s paradise!

If you are arriving via cruise ship into Lyttleton we can organise transport at an additional cost -please contact us for prices, times and availability. We can also offer a different tour time to suit if the advertised time does not fit in with your day.
